Subject: Regional Provider Equipment Problems
Hello,
At approximately 14:30, and without warning, our regional provider began
maintenance on critical network components. The "maintenance" was supposed
to last 10 minutes and is now approaching 1 hour. At this point, there is
nothing you as a customer must nor can do. OMNIport technical support is
staing as informed as we possibly can and will update you with the status
of the "maintenance" as we gain information.
Rest assured that any e-mail in the "pipe" will eventually be delivered.
