Subject: Trial and Tribulations
Hello,
At 12:40pm our network monitors detected a problem with our regional
provider's network.  As of 14:00, their network technical staff were
still working on the problem and do not have an estimated up-time.
This is expected to be resolved quickly.  This is a "new" problem,
unrelated to the massive problems the loss of the high-bandwidth
circuit caused.
