Subject: New dialup numbers for the D/FW Metroplex

Hello,

We are pleased to announce that our new facilities will be online
September 1, 2003.  On that date it will be *necessary* to dial
into the new modem numbers for the DFW area as THE OLD NUMBERS
WILL BE DECOMMISSIONED on September 1, 2003.  The new numbers are
active NOW, so please change over at your earliest convenience
prior to September 1, 2003.

Those of you who already have V.92 modems will now be able to take
advantage of the new features listed below.  If you are planning to
purchase a new modem, please make sure that the model you purchase
provides all of the features you want.  Some of the modems on the market
do not support Modem on Hold, which is one of the best features.  Should
you have any questions over modems, please feel free to contact us.

In September, OMNIport will be bringing its new Dialup Facilities
online.  Our new facilities will support the V.92 technology
which will offer:

1) Quick Connect: Quick Connect "remembers" line conditions from the
previous session, bypasses portions of the training sequence, and gets
you online faster. Reduce your dial-up connection time as much as 50%!

2) Modem on Hold:  Modem on Hold "suspends" your online session for
incoming calls and returns to your online activities after your
conversations without redialing. Please note that Call Waiting service
from your telephone company is required.  The maximum duration of Modem
on Hold calls will be set to 6 minutes.

The initial rollout of our new V92 network will be in the Dallas-Fort
Worth area.  The new numbers are listed above.
