Subject: Storms Cause Outtage

Hello,

Due to the heavy rain and electrical storms this evening, at 21:25 the
OMNIport Point of Presense in Grand Prairie, TX suffered a total loss
of connection.  We have been in contact with SW Bell to investigate
the outtage.  As of this message, SW Bell's repair facility has been
overwhelmed by the volume of outtages that our particular outtage has
not been examined yet.  We will be contacting SW Bell for status as
long as it takes to ensure the fastest recovery possible.

We are sorry for any inconvenience the storms in the North Central
area of Texas have caused you.
