Subject: Regional Provider Router Problems Continue

Hello,

As of this writing, our Regional Provider has not solved their problems
with their routers.  The upgrade that was scheduled for 12:00 noon on
September 19, 2001 was delayed until later in that afternoon.  However,
the upgrade did not solve the problem and we have been experiencing
intermittent loss of connectivity to the internet for a minute every
16 to 64 minutes.  For the 15 minute period ending a moment ago, we were
suffering a total loss of upstream internet connectivity.  Connectivity
has been restored and we will continue to monitor the connection and
work with our Regional Provider to help them solve their problem and
to keep you informed.

Please know that e-mail services continue to function during outtages
via the built-in queueing inherent in all e-mail servers.  Also, you can
use your browser to access sites hosted by OMNIport while our upstream
connection is out and thus you can keep informed at:
