Subject: Regional Provider's Backbone Outtage

Hello,

We have been in communication with our Regional Provider concerning a total
loss of internet backbone connection through their Iconnet connection they
are currently experiencing.  At present, all traffic destined to the internet
at large is NOT getting out.  There is no estimated up-time.

Please note that this outtage will not effect your ability to send and receive
e-mail.  As soon as the connection is established again, e-mail will begin to
flow back into your OMNIport accounts.

Regretably, there is nothing that OMNIport Technical Support can do to improve
the situation beyond keeping you informed.
