Hello,

Finally, some progress!

We were finally able to get the correct person at SW Bell to look at the
circuit.  They said there was an old repeater in the circuit that did
not allow them to monitor the circuit well enough.  SW Bell replaced the
old unit and took a look at the circuit looking from their central office
back to OMNIport ... no problems found.  Then, they turned around and
looked back to the regional provider's circuit and saw outtages.  SW Bell
believes there may be equipment errors at the regional provider's new
facility.  This is in keeping with the facts ... since nothing on the
OMNIport side of the equation has changed.

At present, SW Bell is working with the regional provider towards a solution.
